About Us
Our Approach
We use CBT and Epigen® Skills to help our clients achieve better health, both mind and body.
What are CBT and Epigen® Skills?
CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Epigen® Skills are unique, and are incorporated in all of our programs. The details are difficult to explain without actually experiencing them, so please be patient with us.
Think of Olympic athletes. In order for them to compete at such a high level, they probably spent years dedicating themselves to training, and continue to train throughout their careers. That training most likely includes actually participating in their sports, small pieces of their sports broken down to the basics (a swimmer may use a kickboard to remove the arm component and focus on the kick), cross training, stretching, deliberate rest, nutrition regimes, strategies and plans, routines and schedules, superstitions… you get the idea. Their training becomes a lifestyle.
The human brain is extremely powerful, but it takes training to reach full potential. The combination of CBT and Epigen® Skills utilizes special techniques to help the brain overcome challenges and reach that full potential. Similar to Olympic athletes, it does take time and effort to hone the skills. However, these skills have the ability to save enormous amounts of time and effort. What’s more, the same set of skills can be applied to any area of life, opening the door for success in every aspect.
Are you ready? Your goals are knocking!
